Backpressure is to use a force to continue the injection pressure in order to reduce the full filling of the plastic on the surface of the product.

1. Increase the density of the melt glue, that is, the air in the glue can be evacuated.
2. Increasing the back pressure can make the glue more uniform.
The backpressure of the injection molding machine refers to the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder behind the injection screw, that is, the pressure of the injection cylinder during pre-molding. The backpressure is high, the pre-molding is slow, and the backpressure is low.
Back pressure (also known as plasticizing pressure) refers to the pressure on the melt in the storage area at the front end of the screw head when the screw rotates and retreats. Appropriate use of back pressure can make the melt temperature uniform.
It refers to the pressure at the back end and is usually used to describe the pressure (greater than the local atmospheric pressure) that the fluid discharged from the system experiences at the outlet or secondary side against the flow direction.
